This five-year project involved ASC Architects in re-imaging all180 branches of the bank, using a kit of parts of varying size and cost to suit the budgets applicable to each site.

A similar process was also adopted for the banks corporate premises in the main centres.
The major design intention in the branches was to dissolve the traditional customer/staff barrier, to enhance the ability of staff to provide a high level of customer service.
