UCOL’s Wanganui Campus is located in the heart of Wanganui’s historic preservation precinct zone.

A mix of new buildings and rejuvenation of existing heritage landmarks created a long overdue 21st century student campus facility for the region.

Our project management services encompassed a wide range of deliverables. In particular construction had to be achieved within demanding time frames in a market place experiencing high demand for construction expertise for a project of this type. Delivering a successful result within a limited budget was also a challenge.

Creating an inclusive culture founded upon teamwork was paramount in achieving successful completion. The project architects, consultants, contractors and client each played a significant role in a final outcome that exceeded expectations and which firmly establishes UCOL as the primary provider of vocational tertiary delivery in the central North Island.
